At EasyPlanning™, we want you to have a smooth, simple and positive shopping experience.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return process.

Please read the guidelines below before starting a return.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return.

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 1 hour of purchasing.
After this period, the order must first be delivered and then returned according to this policy.

We do not charge any processing fees, but return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Once the item is received and approved, we will refund the full purchase price.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at support@easyplanning.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely so it doesn’t get damaged in transit.

  3. Send the parcel to the return address listed above.

  4. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Conditions

When we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty or incorrectly delivered)

6. Change of Mind Returns

We accept “change of mind” returns within the 30-day window as long as:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original condition

  • All components (markers, accessories) are returned
